INTRODUCTION:

FC-300 auto feeding banding machine mainly use in auto counting and strapping of small products, such as print products, paper board, cards and so on. The friction feeder is equipped with a collecting hopper. When the banding machine working, the friction feeding machine can continue to work, it can improve the banding efficiency and reduce the waiting time of card feeding and counting.

By means of a specially designed vertical and horizontal transport belt, the products are

forwarded into the vertical magazine shaft of the feeder, which separates the products into

the individual exit extension. Here, the products are transferred to an inserter module

This unit folds large cover sheets at a definded position and with a defined

length. Afterwards the folded sheet is accurately positioned onto a carrier

material (wooden panel, etc.).

Because of the size and heavy weight of the sheets, a special infeed was

created to transport the sheets. From the first stack, the top sheet is

always taken via pneumatic suction heads and forwarded to the feeder.

The AdvancedFeeder is built with a feeding width of 500 mm to separate

the large sheets but also sheets of a size of 150 mm
